Basic Requirements for Setting Up an Auto LPG Station
- Submission of dealership application form along with the required security deposit
- Site inspection, document verification, and interview conducted by company officials
- Issuance of the Letter of Intent (LOI) Approval of initial drawings and site layout
- Initiation of the local NOC process
- Commencement of civil work at the retail outlet (RO) site
- Installation and commissioning of all necessary plant and machinery
- Compliance with Rule 33 requirements
- Submission of the application to PESO for the final grant of the license
- Inspection of the site by PESO authorities
- Issuance of the final license from PESO
- RO Project timeline: 9 to 12 Months

Prime Land (Owned or Leased)
- City Areas: Minimum 1000 m² with a frontage of 80 ft
- State Highways: Minimum 1200 m² with a frontage of 35 m
- National Highways: Minimum 2000 m² with a frontage of 40 m (Note: If your plot dimensions are smaller, contact our team to assess feasibility—smaller plots can sometimes be accommodated)
Land Criteria
- The land must have a clear title and be approved for commercial usage.
- Ensure no schools, hospitals, bridges, or similar structures are within 50 m of the site.Infrastructure Requirements
Installation of plant equipment and machinery.
- Adequate safety and fire-fighting facilities.
- A well-equipped sales service control center.
Provision for a retro-fitment center for LPG kits.
